The physicality doesn't bother me too much although it is a little strange. We are in a limbo, if we're supposed to have a second chance... so in that way, it makes sense. If we're to go back to life, we can't be let go of it. An extension fits.

But dying after dying.... that's the part that sticks out the most to me. Dying a second time, I understand, but not like this.

People can be brought back to life. Or they pay a price to escape death. I'm sure other worlds have examples like that, too. Akihiko mentioned he knew of someone who was revived.

And that message. They had some kind of procedure. Protocol. Whether that was for a death specifically, or just in case of injury, or some kind of other emergency, I don't know. But they knew something could go wrong.

There's always a chance for something to go wrong, isn't there? It's not like you can control everyone or everything.
