[ Adolphe realizes that Elysia has the experience and has most likely seen people be people over years and years. Adolphe's own existence pales in comparison to her experience. ]

They were recruited into the vigilante group at the same time by the former leader. The "Courunne" idea was made by them in which they do a bunch of requested odd jobs, but mostly handyman work. Apart from that, Hugo... would be like Yves's restraint, but even he can't handle him from time to time. I led the vigilante group after our former leader retired, but Yves and Hugo were pretty much second in command together. He's reliable, and one of my friends.

He died in my... "timeline", I guess but he lives in Yves and Lucas's.

Not exactly. Hugo was a Reliver, which meant that he used a backup body after his original died from the curse. We also recently learned that Relivers could also die if they experience moments of unrequited love too many times... or something?

[ He sounds unsure. ]

Because it's too much emotions for the processor to handle. I don't exactly know how it works, but we didn't know anyone Hugo was in love with either, so that's out.

That's one of the cons that people consider about turning into a Reliver. Not everyone is fine with it, for the record. They can still emote, but you can also forget the feelings of love you had before you died. I saw someone revive as a reliver and broke up with her boyfriend because she no longer felt anything for him. Instead, she liked someone else.
