Trailblazer isn't exactly one of them anymore, but she loves them all the same. ]

One of my companions is a fan of all sorts of games. Sometimes I think she ends up in every single video game beta. She tries to get me to play but... she's so much better than me.

Another is searching for something that seems almost impossible. Maybe it's optimistic of me, but I think he'll be able to find it one day.

The other is... hard to get to know. Even though she approaches me, when I try to do the same back, it's like the distance between us gets even bigger.

I trust all of them completely.

Trust is so important when it comes to companion. I'm glad to know you have people like that.

I can't remember the last time I played a video game, but they always seem so fun. If she doesn't mind the skill discrepancy, it sounds like she just wants to spend time with you. That's cute.

What is that second person looking for? What makes it impossible?

As for the last... hmm... some people want things to move at their pace, so maybe if you find ways to entice her to approach you more often, the distance can get smaller that way.

He's looking for death. Because of how his body is... he keeps regenerating and being kept from it.

I think she just likes to have some distance. I'm not really sure how to entice her.

If they appear, I'd love to try. I may not be as dedicated as your friend, but I'll play.

[ hearing about blade makes her brows crease. ]

Was he forced into it, or did he ask for it and that realized it wasn't what he wanted?

I don't think it's wrong of you to keep trying, if you keep wanting to be closer. She'll come around eventually.

[ she says that like she has experience making people capitulate to her friendship. ]

I have a few! I'll tell you about three of them to match your three.

[ her fondness is clear when elysia speaks about her friends, warmth etching into her words like the petals of a flower unfurling. ]

Felis - Pardofelis is a someone who's always looking out for people and things. She collects whatever she can get her hands on and that she thinks other people wants. She's one of the best scouts I know.

Kalpas is someone who is very passionate. He has a gentle side that's very hard to see, and you should never ask him about his mask. He's easy to anger.... and you should be careful not to push his anger too far.

Mobius is someone who doesn't like too many to get near to her, too. She's like a really cute cat in that way, but she has a brilliant mind. They call her a genius.

Then it's a plan.

He doesn't talk about the specifics much, but I know he didn't ask for it. This immortality... It's like a curse.

You sound so sure of it. You must have a lot more practice getting closer to people than I do. [Not that difficult of a feat, all things considered.

Elysia has a lot of friends if she can pick out just three to talk about. It's still lovely to hear her talk about each of them, these people thata Firefly will likely never meet in her lifetime (death time?).]

Did Felis give you good gifts? What were they?

It's nice to see people passionate about things in their life... How long did you know him before you knew he had another side?

The long years can wear people down after a while... and being forced to live when you no longer have the will... it could drive someone to madness.

It was kind of part of my job to. But it's also what I wanted to do, so I tried and tried until I succeeded. It's a lot of hard work, but it was worth it.

[ she doesn't think you have to try to be friends with everyone, but for the people you do want to be friends with, trying is better than leaving it alone. ]

Felis has a shop, and she likes money quite a bit, so she'd charge you for anything nice. [ her amusement is also affectionate. ]

Hmm... not that long? Kalpas is one of the most straightforward people you'll ever meet.

We were... a broad group. It was a lot of different personalities.

He does have trouble sometimes. [ his mara rabies. ] We try to do what we can for him. [ It's mostly Kafka. ]

What kind of job did you have? To know all of these different kinds of people and befriend them?

You could say.... I used to be a solider, of a kind? So meeting people from different branches of an organization led to colorful meetings.
